Craft Brewing

Events & Tastings
Guided beer tastings and brewery tours run throughout the week, letting guests sample our current tap list alongside curated food pairings designed to complement each style. Our event calendar includes seasonal release parties, homebrewer meetups, and collaboration brews with other Texas craft breweries. We host live music on weekend evenings on our outdoor terrace, creating a vibrant atmosphere where craft beer culture and community come together. Private tasting events can also be arranged for groups of 10 or more.
Taproom Experience
Our taproom is the heart of the brewery experience — a welcoming space where fresh beer flows directly from the tanks just steps away. The rotating tap list typically features 12–16 beers including year-round classics, seasonal specialties, and experimental small-batch brews available nowhere else. Carefully curated food pairings highlight how each beer style interacts with different flavors, from sharp aged cheeses with our IPAs to smoked meats alongside our robust porters. The taproom is open seven days a week and welcomes all levels of craft beer knowledge.
Distribution
Our distribution network spans Texas and select surrounding states, placing our craft beers in grocery chains, specialty bottle shops, restaurants, and bars across the region. We partner with distributors who share our commitment to quality and who actively educate retailers about our products and brewing story. National distribution partnerships allow enthusiasts outside Texas to discover our beers at curated specialty retailers. All distribution runs are temperature-controlled from the brewery to the retailer to ensure every bottle and can arrives in peak condition.
Private Events
Our historic venue can accommodate private events ranging from intimate dinners of 20 to large corporate receptions of 300 guests. The beautifully preserved brewery architecture — exposed brick, original ironwork, and vaulted ceilings — provides a stunning backdrop that no generic event space can match. Our events team works with you to design a custom beer menu, coordinate catering from local restaurant partners, and arrange any audio-visual or entertainment requirements. Rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, product launches, and team-building events are among our most popular booking types.
